About

What exactly is EverLAN?
EverLAN is a gaming event located in Denver, CO with space for up to 1,000 gamers to compete with each other on our Local Area Network (LAN). Unlike a LAN Party at your house, or a large tournament that happens to have a BYOC (Bring Your Own Computer); EverLAN provides drink, entertainment, and the option to compete in one of many tournaments we offer.

Is My Computer Safe?
The venue will be patrolled 24 hours a day throughout the event by multiple deputies from the Adams County Sheriff’s Office. While we can’t specifically guarantee the safety of your computer, your computer will be housed in a secure environment with minimal exits and plenty of witnesses to any theft.

I’m a parent, will my child be safe?
While our core group of gamers is in the 17-24 age bracket, we are an open event to all ages. We have adults at the event at all times but don’t specifically monitor content.

This is going to be my first “big” LAN party, what should I expect?
With our new registration system, the registration line of past EverLAN’s should be significantly reduced. People who prepay will be allowed to enter the venue at noon, while people who pay at the door must wait until 2pm. If you are unable to make it by that time, we’ll have a line dedicated to prepays throughout friday, making the line nearly non-existant.

But there will be 1,000 other people just like you waiting to get into the venue as well. Once you hit the registration line you will be given stickers. One sticker goes on your monitor, one sticker goes on your computer itself, and another sticker to go on another piece of hardware of your choosing. This is for your protection and ours, the security personnel will be trained to identify the stickers as another anti-theft measure. However, if something does happen to your computer, EverLAN, nor any of our sponsors, agents, or affiliates are not responsible for it, we’re just trying to make it not happen. =]

Next thing you’ll notice when you enter is the huge amount of people, vendors, and sponsors showing off their items. Once you get into the network (we provide a How-To sheet), you’ll notice a vast amount of servers, both public, and provided by EverLAN to play on. While most of our gamers play Counter-Strike, UT2K4, and Battlefield2, World of Warcraft, there are a near-infinite number other games played at the event.

The point of EverLAN is to Deliver Interactive Electronic Entertainment, and those who have attended our past events know that is exactly what we accomplish.
