Everman

Andrew “Everman” Soeldner began gaming in 1983 when he got his first computer - a Commodore 64. He is now running an Athlon 64 3400+ and Radeon X800XTPE. His favorite games include Desert Combat, World of Warcraft, and his first love, the Quake series (and is still undefeated at SuperSpike Volleyball for Original Nintendo!).

Andrew attended the Razer CPL 2000 event to compete in Quake 3 and did reasonably well against the best in the world. He has since joined the Senior Gaming League, and competed in the UT2K3 and Quake 3 tournaments at QuakeCon 2003, taking 1st place in UT2K3.

Andrew ran his own lan parties at his house, until he decided that Colorado needed a large professional event of its own. He founded EverLAN in 2001, and ran his first EverLAN event at the Sheraton Hotel in Colorado Springs. He has been directing the events stunning growth ever since, bringing on board such strategic partners as ATI Technologies, Intel, Advanced Micro Devices, Plantronics, Belkin and PepsiCo. He continues to plan, coordinate and produce EverLAN’s event and franchised offerings.

In real life, Andrew is a Semiconductor Engineer, and enjoys spending time with his wife Carolyn, and son Tomas. He also enjoys backpacking, beach volleyball, ping-pong and home theater.
